There is no fake estimator on this site. Dimensions and photos are faster and more honest than a JavaScript slider that ignores oil and moisture.
What moves the number
Square footage is only the start.
- Actual square footage, not a guess from the street
- Grinding and other mechanical prep
- Crack, spall, and joint work
- Oil, rust, and other contamination
- Old coating that has to be removed
- Moisture mitigation if the slab needs it
- Cove base or borders, when they are quoted
- Flake coverage and extra topcoat
- Access, stairs, and how full the garage is
- Moving contents — usually on you unless arranged
A clean, new two-car slab is a different job than a three-car shop with a failing coating. We would rather send a range after photos than invent a precise number from a floor-plan guess. Read how prep is chosen.
