Ivins · red rock and open doors

Epoxy Flooring in Ivins, UT

Ivins sits against red rock. Workshops and garages here pick up fine desert dust, and a lot of doors stay open to the view — so UV and heat on the slab are part of the quote, not a surprise after the topcoat.

Why Ivins garages quote differently

Local notes, then photos.

Workshops and mixed-use bays

Plenty of Ivins garages are shops first and parking second. That means more oil, more metal shavings, more stored gear, and a stronger case for a denser flake. Tell us if the space is a lift bay, a hobby shop, or just extra storage so prep and texture match the use.

Red-rock dust

Fine red grit rides in on shoes, tires, and wind. It will sit on any color. Neutral and granite blends hide it differently than a light sandstone. Dust is also a prep issue: the slab has to be clean before a basecoat, and we plan grinding dust control with that wind in mind.

Open-door UV

If the door is up most of the afternoon, the floor sees intense sun and a hot slab. We do not promise a non-fade coating. We do talk through topcoat, exposure, and whether a darker blend is a better hide. Photos that show how far sun actually reaches into the bay help.

What to send

Note whether the door stays open, workshop vs. parking, and any existing coating. Include a shot looking out the door so we can see exposure. ZIP and approximate size get a starting quote moving.
