Bay count
Size is a starting point. The slab sets the system.
Two-car
The most common quote. Send width and depth, not just “two-car.” Door tracks and the apron are part of the measurement.
Three-car / workshop
More joints, more oil, more stuff to move. Workshops often want a denser flake and a conversation about hot tires and dust.

Sample look- Oil and contaminants
- Motor oil, rust, fertilizer, and hard-water residue interfere with coating bite. Photos of stains help; some spots need extra cleaning or mechanical work.
- Cracks and joints
- Hairline cracks, control joints, and expansion joints are honored or repaired based on movement and width. We do not pretend a coating hides structural issues.
- Moisture
- A slab that is pushing moisture can blister a system that was never meant for it. If you see dark patches after irrigation or monsoon humidity, say so on the form.
- Old coatings
- Failing paint, previous epoxy, or a peel-and-stick tile job has to be identified. Grinding or removal may be required. Etching will not fix a coating that is already letting go.
- Drains and door tracks
- Floor drains, trench drains, and the garage-door track line change detailing. Note them on photos.
- Cove, borders, moving contents
- Cove base and color borders can be quoted when the walls and slab allow. Emptying the garage is typically on you unless we arrange it. Vehicles, cabinets, and storage have to come out for wall-to-wall prep.
Send a wide photo of the whole floor plus dimensions. Close-ups of the worst crack or stain are more useful than a pretty corner.
